Hut 1 Kalmthout 16-03-16
Hier gingen we uiteraard voor de ijsvogels en de waterral. Welke we uitvoerig in beeld kregen maar al duikend in de aquarium wilde ons toch niet lukken. Deels om mijn instapcamera die niet echt super snel beelden kan schieten en deels ook door de te fel met algen aangeslagen bokaal.
Ook in deze hut eerder een gekruip en niet echt comfortabel. Verder was er het verschijnsel dat je vanuit twee ramen kon kiezen om je foto's te schieten...Eentje waar de ijsvogel zich manifesteerde en een tweede raam waar de meeste van de andere vogels zich vertoonde, niet echt gemakkelijk als je met tweeen bent om te wisselen van raam, en ook ambutant tegenlicht voor dit tweede raam, vooral in de namiddag.
Here we went, of course, for the kingfischer and the water rail. Which we coild bring in picture . But all diving in the aquarium wanted us not to succeed. Partly because my entry-level camera and not really fast images can shoot, and partly also to the too bright with algae caught on the bowl. Also in this hide it was a crawling and not comfortable. Furthermore, the phenmenon that you could choose from two different windows to shoot...one for the Kingfisher manifested and a second one where the most other birds showed vision, not really easy if you're already with two ramblings of window. Another point is the bright backlight especially in the afternoon on the second window is regrettable.
